I have used Taxwiz for the last 2 years to do my taxes and I find it very quick and easy to use. The first year, I had separated from my husband and I was having technical trouble completing the return. Their helpline support person helped me with my problem and also advised me on how to maximize my return. I would recommend it.

Have used TaxWiz for about 3 or 4 years. Found it easy to navigate. Best feature was the T Slips. They were a picture of the acutal slip and you filled in the boxes. Great for ordinary returns, i.e, wage earners, pensioners, etc. Switched to Quick Tax this year (both are from Intuit) because I am going to try to do a return for a deceased person. TaxWiz is cheaper and so far it does as much as QuickTax

Hi,TAXWIZ 2005. I have used TAXWIZ for 4 years and found it easy to use with NETFILE. HOWEVER, I am having a problem printing a hard copy of my return for my files after NETFILING. I have sent 5 E-Mail's to the TAXWIZ people and the problem has not yet been resolved. I have tried using the "SAVE in PDF" mode and it will not print on my computer, but will print on another computer. I tried to use the PRINT command immediately after I NETFILED, on the same screen, but it stopping printing after a few pages. Don't use this mode, but go back to the file & print there. Now TAXWIZ will only print a few pages and then stop in any print mode on my computer! Has anyone any solution to solve this problem? Thanks.

I am using Taxwiz from the inception. This year for the first time I do not have a telephone contact. Email to tech support is fine : came with a reply even in the weekend. A query to help to by additional returns to the customer services was un attended. it is past 20 hours That is not normal Taxwiz. It does not make business sense when one do not respond to an email that I want to buy your product.

Prior to 2005 I found Taxwiz to be an easy program to use. However in 2005 I could not get NETFILE function to complete any e-filing for me.I also tried to send an email to their support desk but was unsuccessful. As a result I abandoned the Software and don't think I will ever go back to it.I also found the Taxfile name for e-filing to be excessively long with a mixture of lower and uppercase, spaces and no spaces in between the file name.
Hope they address these concerns in the future.

I used Taxwiz for about 4 or 5 years prior to 2005 and was very pleased with it. However, the 2005 program is very different. The user interface is grossly inferior; it's almost like a different program with the same name. Perhaps the vendor is consolidating Taxwiz with another of their tax products. I will be looking for another tax program next year.

I used taxwiz for three years. Two years ago they had a program error that would not allow you to transfer your spouses' income over. It was missed for two years by this company finally the Federal Government found the error and we had to not only pay two years of adjusted back taxes but a penalty as well! Taxwiz did find and correct the error but never bothered to tell their customers. When I contacted them about the error and requesting payment of the penalty portion of the reassessment I never even received the curteousy of a call back. We went back to doing taxes by hand. I will never by another product from this company!

I used Taxwiz in 2004 and used it again this year for my 2005 return. I was very frustrated many times because I could not call a helpline for assistance. I did not find this year's program to be user friendly as last years was.
